Notebook Project Publishing and Sharing

The 21.05 release of the GenePattern Notebook Workspace represents a major step forward in our notebook project functionality. Now users have the ability to publish their projects, making a known good copy publicly accessible to all, and the ability to privately share their projects with specific collaborators.
GenePattern Notebook for JupyterLab Beta

A public beta of the GenePattern Notebook environment for JupyterLab is now available, and all are welcome to participate. To access the JupyterLab beta, go to https://lab.genepattern.org and sign in using your GenePattern credentials.

From December 24, 2020, through January 3, 2021, the GenePattern team will be out of the office for our annual holiday closing.
